Here’s a simple and delicious peach cobbler recipe for you:

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups of peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • Ground cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine the peaches and granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved and the peaches are tender.
  3. In another saucepan, melt the butter and pour it into a baking dish.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, milk, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  5. Pour the batter over the melted butter in the baking dish. Do not stir.
  6. Spoon the peach mixture over the batter. Do not stir.
  7. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, if desired.
